TOWNSHIP OF HOPEWELL LAND USE BOARD
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Hopewell Land Use Board will conduct a public hearing with respect to an application submitted by DMC Supplies, Inc., a New Jersey corporation, as Conditional Redeveloper, for preliminary and final major site plan approval in connection with the proposed development of property located in the Hopewell Township Business Park, having frontage along Cassidy Court. The property is officially designated on the Township of Hopewell Tax Map as Lot 1.02 in Block 63.
The hearing will be conducted on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Hopewell Township Municipal Building, located at 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302. At the hearing, at the said time and place, all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard in accordance with the rules, regulations and procedures of the Township Land Use Board.
The property, which is the subject of this application is, as stated, officially designated as Lot 1.02 in Block 63 on the Township Tax Map. By way of further identification, the property subject to be developed contains overall area of five (5) acres and is located in the Township HC (Highway Commercial) Zoning District and is designated for redevelopment in accordance with Township Redevelopment Plan for the Hopewell Township Business Park.
The applicant is engaged in the business of warehousing and distributing building maintenance supplies and equipment, paper products, cleaners, and safety and protective clothing, such as work jackets and gloves, and seeks preliminary and final site plan approval for the development of a 4,000 square foot building, which will be used for warehousing, distribution and retail sales, together with associated site improvements, including, but not limited to, stormwater management and parking facilities, landscaping, lighting, ingress and egress, and vehicular traffic and customer and employee circulation.
In addition to the relief specified above, the applicant also seeks any and all such other variances, deviations, design exceptions, design waivers, submission waivers, interpretations or plan modifications, as may be determined to be necessary during review and hearing of the application.

In addition, all documents related to this application are on file and may be viewed during regular business hours by all interested parties, in the Hopewell Township Municipal Building located at 590 Shiloh Pike, Bridgeton, NJ 08302, by contacting the Board Secretary at 856-455-1230 ext. 118.
This Notice is provided by order of the Township of Hopewell Land Use Board and is given in compliance with the requirements of the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law (N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et. seq.) and all relevant provisions of the Township of Hopewell Land Use and Development Ordinance, and all such other statutes, regulations, codes and ordinances having applicability.
