IN THE TOWN HALL LOCATED AT 367 VALLEY BROOK AVENUE, LYNDHURST, NJ, A PUBLIC HEARING OF THE LYNDHURST PLANNING BOARD IN CONNECTION WITH A REQUEST FOR A MAJOR SUBDIVISION WITH VARIANCES THAT I, BRUNO BOY LLC, BE PERMITTED TO DIVIDE THE EXISTING 30,476 SQUARE FOOT TRACT INTO SIX (6) LOTS TO ACCOMMODATE SIX (6) NEW 2-FAMILY DWELLINGS AND VARIANCE APPROVAL FOR WIDTH OF LOTS AND TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE WHICH IS BELOW THE ZONE REQUIREMENTS; TOTAL SIDE YARD OF 12 FT. VS. 15 FT REQUIRED AND BUILDING HEIGHT OF 35 FT VS. 32 FT PERMITTED, AND ANY AND ALL OTHER RELIEF DEEMED NECESSARY BY THE BOARD AT THE TIME OF HEARING IN A R-B ZONE.
