Gianni Jr. Courtroom Chambers located at 475 Corporate Drive in Mahwah, New Jersey. The application is to seek variance approval for a 6 foot fence in a front yard where up to 4 foot is permitted. It is a small section of fence that has already been installed on the premises located at: 1 Willow Bank Court, Mahwah, NJ 07430 (block 152, lot 44).
