TOWNSHIP OF MAPLE SHADE ORDINANCE 2026-02 ORDINANCE 2026-02 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SALARIES AND WAGES OF CERTAIN OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLE SHADE, COUNTY OF BURLINGTON, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2026 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MAPLE SHADE, COUNTY OF BURLINGTON, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The salaries and wages of the officers and employees of the Township of Maple Shade commencing January 1, 2026, unless otherwise specified, are hereby amended in accordance with the following schedule. All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent with the provisions hereof, are, to the extent of such inconsistencies, hereby repealed. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon final passage, adoption, and publication in the manner prescribed by law. NOTICE OF INTRODUCTION The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Maple Shade Township Council, held on February 12, 2026, and was read for the first time. This ordinance will be further considered for final passage at a Regular Meeting of the Township Council to be held on March 5, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. at 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, NJ 08052. Copies of this ordinance will be made available at the Municipal Clerk's office to members of the general public who request same during normal operating hours.
