ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
A Public Hearing of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Medford, County of Burlington and the State of New Jersey will be held on 21 Jan 2026, commencing at 6:30 p.m. at the Police Administration Building, located at 91 Union Street; for
a. 50 feet minimum required front yard setback, 20.08 feet existing and proposed.
b. 15 feet minimum required side yard setback, 4.91 feet existing and proposed.
c. 15 feet minimum required side yard setback, 10.83 feet existing and proposed.
d. 12% maximum permitted building coverage, 27.5% existing, and 27.8% proposed.
e. 30% maximum permitted lot coverage, 32.6% existing, and 35.7% proposed.
and all other variances or relief so as to permit the construction of partial second floor located at 11 N Lakeside Dr W Medford NJ 08055, and designated as Block 3104; Lot 6 on the Tax Map of the Township of Medford.
This matter is known as file number ZVE-1252 in the Zoning Board of Adjustment records. Interested parties may inspect documents relative to this application at the Planning & Zoning Office in the Medford Town Hall Building, located at 49 Union Street, Medford, New Jersey during normal business hours or as posted on the Medford Township website.
