NOTICE OF HEARING
TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has filed an
Land Use Development application with the Mount Holly Township Joint Land Use Board requesting approval for the expansion and paving of the parking lot. They are also seeking site plan approval and consolidation of Lot 15 into Lot 17. In addition, the applicant will request such variances, waivers, or approvals that are deemed necessary by the Joint Land Use Board on the premises located at 306 Washington Street, and designated Block 66.01, Lots 15, 17, 22 & 23 on the Mt Holly Tax Map.
A public hearing has been scheduled on the 29th day of June, 2026 at 6:00pm at the Mt Holly Twp Municipal Building, 23 Washington St, Mt. Holly, NJ. You may either appear in person or by attorney and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought. Letters in lieu of appearance will not be accepted.
All plans and related papers are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk, 23 Washington St, Mt Holly, NJ, and may be inspected by interested persons during regular business hours.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said Joint Land Use Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone, or continue the siad hearing from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Joint Land Use Board Secretary concerning such actions.
