TOWNSHIP OF MOUNT LAUREL ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT A PUBLIC HEARING of Mount Laurel Township Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Mount Laurel in the County of Burlington and the State of New Jersey, will be held WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 2026, Commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the Municipal Court Room of the Mount Laurel Municipal Building, 750 Centerton Road, Mount Laurel, New Jersey, on the appeal or application of the undersigned for variance or other relief so as to permit: 1. a variance to allow the structure to be 1,500 square feet where 1,000 square feet is permitted; 2. a variance to allow 23% coverage by buildings where 15% is permitted; 3. any other relief deemed necessary; and any other such variances and waivers as may be required as a result of review and recommendations by the board or its professional review staff, on the premises located at 10 RICHLAND DRIVE in an R-3 zone and designated as Block 602, Lot 13.09, on the Mount Laurel Township Tax Map.
