TOWNSHIP OF OCEAN PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on the 19th day of March, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Public Meeting Room of the of the Township of Ocean located at 399 Monmouth Road, Oakhurst, NJ 07755-1589 by 260 Overbrook Avenue LLC for use variance approval granting the applicant relief for the continued use of the currently existing non-conforming property located at 260 Overbrook Avenue, Oakhurst, NJ 08755 and designated as Lot 40, Block 22, as shown on the official tax map of the Township of Ocean, and located in the R-4 Medium Density Single Family Residential Zone, for office purposes. No improvements are proposed with this application. When the application is called, any interested party may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought by the applicant.
