TOWNSHIP OF PARSIPPANY-TROY HILLS ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT LEGAL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a meeting of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills Zoning Board of Adjustment (the "Zoning Board") will be held on October 29, 2025, at 7:30 P.M. in person in the Municipal Building, 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, New Jersey at which meeting the application of Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. (the "Applicant") is to be heard for permission to install signage on the façade of the building located on the below noted property and as hereafter described. Said property is known as Block 18, Lot 8 on the Official Tax Map of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey and is located at the following street address: 2920 State Route 10, Morris Plains, New Jersey 07950 (the "Property"). The Applicant will seek the following approvals: C(2) variance approval from the Zoning Board in order to install a second sign on the façade of the building, located on the Property, that faces NJ Route 10. The Applicant will also apply for such other waivers, approvals and/or variances as may be required upon analysis and testimony regarding the plans and other application materials at the public hearing.
