NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPLICATION
SUBJECT PROPERTY: BLOCK 211, LOT 15 – 354 KINGSTON ROAD
PARSIPPANY, NEW JERSEY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That, Pantagon Services LLC (the "Applicant"), has filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills (the "Board") for d-1 use variance relief to operate a construction company office with overnight vehicle parking/storage and installation of a fence with minor site improvements at the property known as 354 Kingston Road and designated as Lot 15, Block 211 on the Township Tax Map, along with the pre-existing nonconformities and any other additional deviations, variances, waivers, exceptions, interpretations, de minimis exceptions to RSIS, modifications of conditions of prior approvals, continuation of any preexisting nonconforming conditions and other approvals reflected on the filed plans (as same may be further amended or revised from time to time without further notice) and/or relief that may be determined to be necessary during the review and processing of the application and/or based upon an analysis of the plans and testimony at the PUBLIC HEARING on the Application as required by the Zoning Board. The property is situated in the Residential (R-4) District and the Applicant is the contract purchaser and Perfect Real Estate LLC is the Owner of record.
A public hearing has been set down for March 18, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the Township Hall Main Meeting Room, located at 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by agent or attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought in the petition.
The following described maps and papers are on file in the office of the Planning/Zoning Department (973-263-4286) at 1001 Parsippany Boulevard, Parsippany, N.J., and are available for inspection by the public during normal business hours of 9:00am to 5:00 pm or as otherwise posted: (i) Survey and Variance Exhibit both prepared by Marucci Engineering Associates LLC dated 10/20/25; and (v) Application with exhibits and addendum attached thereto.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Board. Continuation of said hearing, if necessary, will be scheduled at that time. If not continued, a vote may be taken at said meeting. This notice is being published upon the Order of the Planning Board.
