TOWNSHIP OF WALL NOTICE OF ALTERNATE PROCUREMENT METHOD Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 52:34-6.2(b)(3), notice is hereby given that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 2, Township of Wall, County of Monmouth, intends to utilize a National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement with the Houston-Galveston Area Council cooperative for the conversion of a 2026 Ford F-550 Crew Cab. The Board is permitted, pursuant to the above mentioned statutory authority, to utilize a national cooperative as an alternate procurement method. The Board shall discuss and act upon the use of the alternate procurement method at its regular monthly meeting on March 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at Glendola Fire Company No. 1, 3404 Belmar Boulevard, Wall, New Jersey. The public shall be afforded an opportunity to participate prior to any action being taken. The Board shall also receive written comments from the public through noon on March 23, 2026.
