TOWNSHIP OF WALL NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners of Fire District No. 1, Township of Wall, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, will hold a public hearing on the approved 2026 District budget pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:14-78.2 on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. at Wall Fire Company No. 1, 1511 18th Avenue, Wall, New Jersey. At said date, time and place the Board intends to adopt the approved 2026 District budget. All taxpayers of the District and persons having an interest therein shall be given an opportunity to ask questions and to present objections. A complete copy of the approved 2026 District budget shall be available to each person requesting same seven (7) days preceding the public hearing from the Fire District Administrator, William G. Newberry, at the Wall Fire District No. 1 Administrative Building, 1612 Route 71, Wall, New Jersey, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Formal action may be taken.
