TOWNSHIP OF WARREN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on 7:00 pm on August 3, 2026 at a regular meeting of the Township of Warren Zoning Board of Adjustment in the meeting room located at the Municipal Court, 44 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, NJ, to consider the application of H&G Innovations LLC, owner of 11 Old Stirling Road (Block 88, Lot 13) for approval of construction of an addition to an existing single family house and specifically for minor site plan approval and for variances for minimum frontage (100 feet required, 75 feet existing), minimum front yard setback (50 feet required, 43.5 feet existing), and minimum side yard setback (20 feet required, 13.75 feet existing), as well as such other variances as the Zoning Board of Adjustment or the applicant may deem necessary, at which time and place all interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard. Any maps and documents for which approval is sought are on file and available for public inspection at the Township Planning/Zoning Office, 3 Mountainview Road, Warren NJ during the Clerk's regular business hours at least ten (10) days before the date of hearing as stated.
