NOTICE OF HYBRID PUBLIC HEARING/PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Township of Washington and the provisions of N.J.S.A.
40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that _Amanda and James Ciliento_, owner(s)/applicant(s) of the property commonly known as _745 Wayne Pl___, also known as Lot _4_ in Block _2208_ on the tax assessment map of the Township of Washington, have filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of
Washington seeking a variance from the provisions of Section _580-95___ of the Zoning Ordinance of the
Township of Washington which regulate____ impervious coverage and retaining wall height___ in the _AA_ Zone. The applicants wish to seek impervious coverage variance due to the proposed new inground pool with associated patio along with a side yard setback variance due to the distance of the proposed new pool patio. A new 10'-6" high retaining wall to create a usable rear yard is also proposed with this application. The Applicant shall also seek such other variances and/or waivers of design standards as required by the Township of Washington, its engaged consultants and applicable ordinances of the Township of Washington.
A copy of the application and related documents are on file in the Office of the Secretary to the Zoning Board,

appointment.
A hybrid public hearing with respect to this application has been scheduled for __Tuesday, July 21st 2026 at 7:30 P.M._. Please note that this HYBRID meeting will be in person and in addition to, the ability to access electronically using ZOOM. Members of the public who wish to participate in person may do so at the Municipal Complex, 350 Hudson Avenue, Township of Washington, NJ 07676 in the Council Chambers. Or they may join the meeting via ZOOM, from a computer, tablet, or smart phone. The Zoom information will be listed on the agenda for each meeting found on the website at www.twpofwashington.us. All interested parties are invited to participate and be heard at that time.
