(1) a. (5) Min side setback where 10 Ft is required and 5.5 Ft is proposed, Section 150-28 C. (1) a. (6) Min both side setback where 25 Ft is required and 15 Ft is proposed and any other relief as deemed necessary by the Board from the requirements of the Land Use and Development Ordinance of the Township of Woodbridge regarding property at 133 Creemer Avenue, Iselin, New Jersey, also known as Block: 392.01, Lot: 7, Zone R-7.5 on the Woodbridge Township Tax Map. The applicant proposes to construct a new single family dwelling . Maps, plans and other related documents are on file in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Municipal Building, #1 Main Street, 3rd floor, Woodbridge, NJ and are available for inspection between 8:45 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
