TRI-COUNTY CONSERVANCY DISTRICT NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the 2026 Annual Meeting of the Tri-County Conservancy District will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. at The Commons Club House at Heartland Crossing, 13329 Etna Green Drive, Camby, Indiana to discuss the past year's operations. The term of the Director for Area 2 expires at the 2026 Annual Meeting. The sole nominee for the Director for Area 2 is Timothy J. Shrout to serve for a four (4) year term of office until the 2030 annual meeting. Pursuant to I.C. 14-33-5-11.5, if there is only one (1) nominee for the election to the Board an election is not required to be held and the nominee is considered elected as if an election has been held.
