TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE WHEREAS, on April 29, 2024, The Oasis Terry LLC became justly indebted to Southern Investment Funding, LLC , and did, on that date, for the purpose of securing said indebtedness, execute a certain Land Deed of Trust to Gregory P. Giddens, Trustee for Southern Investment Funding, LLC, Beneficiary, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the land records of the office of the Chancery Clerk of Hinds County, Mississippi in Land Deed of Trust Book 7307 at Page 5087, and WHEREAS, default having been made in the performance of the stipulations and conditions set forth in the said Land Deed of Trust and having been requested to do so by the legal holder of said indebtedness, notice is hereby given that I, Gregory P.
