The meeting was called to order at 5:45 pm by President Klinkner.Present: Wendy Brandt, Jennifer Henrickson, Tim Klinkner, Gary Shavlik (virtual), Randy Williams, Lori Zimney. Excused: Zak Peterson. Written notice of this meeting was sent to the news media on Friday, Feb 20, 2026. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
Motion by Shavlik, second by Williams to approve the agenda; motion carried 6-0.
Recognition of Invited Visitors - The Dare to Dream Jr. Cast and Crew and LBC Musical Director Meulbroek performed a number for the Board. Amazing talent!

BOARD COMMITTEE REPORTS: Facility/Technology - Next meeting Feb 26, 2026. Finance - Next meeting Mar 30, 2026. Policy - Henrickson discussed the Feb 12 policies during item 6D.

NEW BUSINESS: Motion by Zimney, second by Brandt to accept the retirement of Lisa Klein, Career and College Readiness Coordinator, Two Rivers High School effective the end of the 2025-2026 school year; motion carried 5-Yeas: Brandt, Klinkner, Henrickson, Zimney, Shavlik to 1-Nay: Williams. MK Slattery summarized the mid-year budget revisions. Motion by Brandt, second by Williams to approve the Mid-Year Budget Revisions; motion carried 6-0. Motion by Williams, second by Zimney to approve the Summer ECCP and Start College now applications; motion carried 6-0. ADMINISTRATOR UPDATE(S) McLinn presented the mid-year AGR Report and announced the upcoming GC colloquium. Johnson discussed the continued efforts with the busing company and area childcare centers regarding the Elementary Realignment and highlighted the crossing guard celebration and listening sessions with district secretaries on February 26th.
