Templeton Planning Board Public Hearing Notice Notice is hereby given that the Templeton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 @ 6:30 p.m., to consider the following warrant articles, and provide recommendations for the Annual Town Meeting in May 2026. 1. Citizens Petition to amend Zoning Bylaw section 300-9, C-I-B, to add a section for prohibiting regulated technologies, including but not limited to stockpiling, handling or storage of waste, post-use materials, raw materials, feedstock, commodities, or any substance related to regulated technologies; or take any other action relative thereto. 2. Citizens Petition to amend Zoning Bylaw section 300-9, C-I-A, to add a section for prohibiting regulated technologies, including but not limited to stockpiling, handling or storage of waste, post-use materials, raw materials, feedstock, commodities, or any substance related to regulated technologies; or take any other action relative thereto. 3. To hear and provide and provide recommendations on replacing Chapter 310, s. 310-19. Stormwater Management of the zoning bylaws in its entirety and insert in its place the state and EPA recommended verbiage as submitted by Development Services to the Planning Board.
