The Irene Boyle Tax Assistance Program
The 2025 Neshaminy School District Property Tax Assistance Program will begin in January 2026. This program has been created to provide property tax relief to our senior citizens. Homeowners who reach the age of 65 by December 31, 2025, are eligible to apply.
Eligible applicants may receive a property tax rebate of up to $650 if their household income is less than $35,000. Household income is defined as the combined income of all individuals over the age of 18 who reside in the household. This calculation includes reporting half of Social Security or Railroad Retirement benefits and 100% of all other forms of household income.
Rebate application forms will be available beginning in January 2026. Applications may be obtained through the Neshaminy School District website, your local tax collector's office, State Representative's offices, senior centers, or by U.S. mail by contacting the Neshaminy School District Business Office at 215-809-6520.We encourage all eligible residents to review the program details and apply early. This assistance is an important resource designed to support our senior community.
NOTE REGARDING PENNSYLVANIA REBATE PROGRAM: We would like to alert you to the probability that if you qualify for Neshaminy's rebate program, then you would also qualify for the Pennsylvania Property Tax program. The state program provides funds in addition to the Neshaminy rebate program and funds can be received from both. If you have not filed with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania previously, you should call 1-888-222-9190 to order a form. This information is intended only to inform you; Neshaminy does not process the Pennsylvania rebates.
