The Project consists of: Remove and replace existing concrete plazas and accessible ramps as shown on contract drawings, including pavement improvements. Loam and seed all disturbed areas, including minor site work. The Pre-Bid Conference and site visit will be on Wednesday July 8 at 10:00AM at 390 Lincoln Road, Sudbury, MA Athletic Field. General Bids will be received until Wednesday July 15, 2026 at 11:00 AM and publicly opened, forthwith. All Bids should be submitted electronically online at www.biddocsonline.com and received no later than the date and time specified above. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), and made payable to the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional School District.
