Van Buren Street, Phoenix, AZ 85008 Description: A 9,356 square foot (2) story masonry and steel framed building along with both on and off-site improvements. The Project will include (12) residential units, steel framed connecting pedestrian catwalk, new street access at Van Buren Street, fire road extension, site fencing with electronic man and vehicle gates and additional parking lot.
