Final Report Submission.
(Sections 302(e)(1)(ii), 303(h)(1)(ii),
304(n)(1)(i), and 305(c)(1))
Pursuant to the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act, the act of May 19, 1995, P.L. 4, No. 1995-2. Notice is hereby given that Ms. JoAnn Kuchak has submitted to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection a Notice of Intent to Remediate and a notice of intent to submit a Final Report for a site located at 74A Tobyhanna Road, Lehigh Township, Wayne County. This Notice of Intent to Remediate and this Final Report states that a release of heating oil from a 275-gallon above ground storage tank (AST) was reported to have occurred at the site. The AST was located on a dirt floor in the basement of the residence. Ms. Kuchak has indicated that the remediation measures (i.e., excavation and disposal of presumably contaminated soil) will minimize the potential for human and environmental exposure by attaining a Statewide Health Standards (SHSs) for soil, established under the Land Recycling and Environmental Remediation Standards Act.
Notice is hereby given that Ms. Kuchak has submitted a final report to PADEP, Northeast Regional Office, for the property located at 74A Tobyhanna Road in Lehigh Township, Wayne County. Ms. Kuchak has indicated that the remediation measures taken have attained compliance with SHSs.
