The Village District of Little Boar's Head The Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village District of Little Boar's Head will meet in public hearing at the North Hampton Town Hall, 233 Atlantic Ave., North Hampton, New Hampshire on Thursday October 9, 2025 at 6:00pm to hear the following: Public Hearing Application Case No. 25-1 of Chris Atwood and John Lyons, Jr., Esq., 7 Viano Island, North Hampton, NH, Map 001 Lot 25, to hear the application for a Variance as specified in the Zoning Ordinance Article VIII Section K, Wetland Setbacks, to replace an existing residence located approximately 28.4 feet from the wetlands with a new residence to be located approximately 50 feet from the wetlands. The new residence would remain closer than the required 75-foot setback but would reduce the encroachment by eliminating about 201 square feet from the existing structure currently within the wetlands buffer.
