Three Rivers Sequoia Ranch Private Lands Management Program Three Rivers Sequoia Ranch, LLC is applying to enroll in the California Department of Fish and Wildlife's Private Land Management Program (PLM). The Three Rivers Sequoia Ranch PLM Area is located in Lemon Cove within Tulare County. The species to be managed is California mule deer (Odocoileus hemionus californicus). Either sex deer hunting season is proposed to start concurrent with the opening of archery season and extend through December 31 with allowable take by rifle or archery during this period.
