Timberbrook Estates CSGP Legal Ad Kimbarlin Development Company LLC (310 N Earl Ave, Lafayette IN 47901) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to state our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with Timberbrook Estates Subdivision Phase One in part of the SW 1/4, Sec 19 & NW 1/4, Sec 30, T24N, R4W and a part of the NE 1/4 Sec 25, T24N, R5W, immediately south of the intersection among CR 600 N and Silvercreek Drive, Tippecanoe County, IN. Run-off from the project site will discharge to an unnamed tributary to Cole Ditch.
