Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Hearing Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that the Nakashian Giles Revocable Trust has proposed the installation of a pier, ramp, & float in an AE flood zone, within 100-ft of a wetland resource area and 200-ft of a riverfront at 3 Oyster Lane, Bourne.
