Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Keith Galizio of 140 Main Buzz Bay LLC has proposed to Amend OOC SE7-2220 to include the construction of a 2-story mixed use structure containing retail/office space and residential garage parking. Additional work to include construction of associated parking area, onsite stormwater management system and upgrades to existing utilities, grading & landscaping in an AE zone at 140 Main Street, Bourne. Plans can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov or AAmado@bourne-ma.gov.
A public hearing on this matter will be held in person on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Bourne Veterans Community Building, 239 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532.
