Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Meeting Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Paul K. & Gina M. Battles have proposed to install a new Title 5 septic system with I/A technology to support a proposed ADU within an existing outbuilding. A portion of the system, a pump chamber and force main, fall within in the 100' buffer zone to a drainage ditch/brook located in the northwest corner of the parcel at 1312 County Road, Bourne. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov or AAmado@bourne-ma.gov. A public hearing on this matter will be held in person on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Bourne Veterans Community Building, 239 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532. Robert M.
