Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Meeting Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Mariann Scannell has filed for an after-the-fact restoration of an existing seawall, as well as the construction of a setback retaining wall. The proposed activities are located within 100 feet of a wetland resource area and in a Velocity flood zone at 110 Jefferson Road, Bourne. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov or AAmado@bourne-ma.gov.
