Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Hearing Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Judy Delaney has proposed replacing broken masonry at the toe of the slope near existing steps, implementing a vegetation management plan, removing and repairing steps, installing a planted rill or berm at the top of the coastal bank, pruning vegetation for vista maintenance, placing coir rolls above Mean High Water, and installing fencing along the property line in an AE flood zone and within 100-ft of a wetland resource area at 42 Lewis Point Road, Bourne.
