Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Hearing Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Mark A. Puccio & Katherine May Puccio have requested to Amend DEP file no. SE7-2308 for proposed temporary clearing within the 50-foot-wide Right-of-Way adjacent to 88 Sagamore Road to provide construction access to the beach for the installation of a stone revetment at the property. All disturbed areas will be restored and/or allowed to naturally revegetate upon completion of the work in a V flood zone and within 100-ft of a wetland resource area at 88 Sagamore Road, Bourne. Plans can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov or AAmado@bourne-ma.gov. A public hearing on this matter will be held in person on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 6:30 PM at the Bourne Veterans Community Building, 239 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532. Robert M.
