Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Meeting Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that MassDOT-Highway Division Sediment sampling program including up to 40 vibratory cores collected in the vicinity of the Bourne Bridge: 10 samples at Bourne North and 10 samples at Bourne South Sagamore Bridge: 10 samples at Sagamore North and 10 samples at Sagamore South at the Cape Cod Canal and 0 Scenic Highway (off US-6), Bourne MA. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov.
