Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Meeting Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Kenneth J. & Sawana M. Conaghan-Murphy have proposed to raze and rebuild the home, upgrade the septic system, and perform landscaping improvements within the 100-foot buffer zone to coastal wetland resource areas and within the VE Flood Zone at 23 Pine Ridge Road, Bourne MA. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov.
