Town of Bourne Conservation Commission 24 Perry Avenue Buzzards Bay, MA 02532 Public Meeting Notice (508) 759-0600 x 1344 Pursuant to Chapter 131, Section 40 of the MGL and the Bourne Wetland Protection Bylaw, notice is hereby given that Jean-Francois & Jan Chafet Louis have proposed to replace a failed septic system with a new system consisting of a MicroFAST Model 0.50 and new leach field at 120 Old Dam Road, Bourne MA within AE Flood Zone and 100 ft. buffer to wetland resource areas. Plans for the project can be requested by emailing SFitch@bourne-ma.gov. A public meeting on this matter will be held in person on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 6:30 PM at the Bourne Veterans Community Building, 239 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, MA 02532. Robert M.
