Town of Breed Notice of Hearing Regarding the Discontinuance of Lynn Court in The Town of Breed, Oconto County, Wisconsin. The Town Board has determined that the public interest requires the vacation and discontinuation of Lynn Court. The Town Board intends to act upon a final resolution vacating and discontinuing the public way after a public hearing to discuss the passage of the final resolution. A public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Breed at the Community Center, 1115 State Highway 32, Suring, Wisconsin, on October 14, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., to discuss passage of a final resolution to vacate and discontinue Lynn Court, which is legally described as follows: All of Lynn Court as platted on Dr. Siefert's Pleasant View Subdivision, recorded in Volume 4 Plats, Page 26, located in part of the Northwest ¼ of the Northwest ¼ of Section 24, Township 30 North, Range 17 East, Town of Breed, Oconto County, Wisconsin. The vacation and discontinuation of the above-described public way was initiated by the introduction of a resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Breed under Wis. Stat. § 66.1003(4). The Town Board of the Town of Breed intends to act upon the final resolution vacating and discontinuing the above-described public way immediately after the conclusion of the public hearing. Written objections to the proposed discontinuation of the above-described public way may be filed with the Town Clerk.
