Town of Brownsburg 2026-1 Community Crossing Project Asphalt Milling, Patching, & Resurface of Various Streets The Town of Brownsburg, Indiana will receive bids for the 2026-1 Town of Brownsburg Community Crossing Project Asphalt Milling, Patching, & Resurface of Various Streets in accordance with the Contract Documents, Construction Schedule and Specifications. Bids will be received until 11:00 A.M. local time on Tuesday, March 31st, 2026 in the Town Hall at the Receptionist Area Attention: Shawn Pabst, Assistant Town Manager, in Brownsburg, IN 46112. Bids received after that time will be returned unopened. All bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately after 11:00 AM in the council room. The Brownsburg Town Hall is open between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM. The Town offers the chance for bidders to request a pre-bid bidding by Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 for a Thursday, March 19th, 2026 meeting at 10 AM at the Brownsburg Town Hall. If a pre-bid meeting is needed, please make your request to Shawn Strange at sstrange@firstgroupengineering.com. This pre-bid meeting is not necessary to attend for bidding purposes and unless requested by one contractor will not be held. Contract documents are on file electronically and may be ordered via email by contacting the email address sstrange@firstgroupengineering.com. Hard copies may also be requested and mailed overnight to bidders at no charge. The Proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents and provided in an envelope labeled "Brownsburg 2026-1 Community Crossing Project." Each bid shall be accompanied by an acceptable bidder's bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, payable to the Town of Brownsburg, Indiana. The Contractor and all subcontractors will be required to comply with required Federal and State labor regulations. The Town of Brownsburg, Indiana, reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or parts there-of and to waive all responsibility for irregularities in bids. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded at the Town of Brownsburg council meeting on Thursday, April 14th, 2026. In order to expedite award of the contract, the contractor shall submit a signed contract agreement with their filled out Form 96 paperwork separate from all other bid documents in order to submit to INDOT immediately after award.
