Debra Dekouski, 2314 Brickyard Road, Canandaigua, NY is requesting four variances associated with a minor subdivision: For Lot 2: applicant is requesting a frontage variance of 50' when 150' is proposed and 200' is required and a minimum size variance of 1 Acre when 1 Acre is proposed and 2 is required. For Lot 3 applicant is requesting a frontage variance of 50' when 150' is proposed and 200' is required and a minimum lot size variance of 1 Acre when 1 Acre is proposed and 2 is required.
Ross Anderson, 5250 County Road 16, Canandaigua, NY is requesting a variance for the construction of a 1,232sf private detached garage in the RR-3 zoning district. That requires a variance of 331sf when 1,232sf is proposed and the maximum size of an accessory structure on vacant land with no primary structure is 900sf.
Jonathen Davern, 3904 County Road 16, Canandaigua, NY is three variances associated with the tear-down and rebuild of a SFH in the RLD and is requesting a front setback variance of 25.2' when 29.8' is proposed and 55' is required. Requesting a side setback of 5' when 5' is proposed and 10' is required. Requesting a lot coverage variance of 9.1% when 39.1% is proposed and 30% is required.
Lorrie Corsi, 0000 Middle Cheshire Road, Canandaigua, NY is requesting a variance for a 52.9 foot setback variance from a watercourse where 47.1 feet is proposed and 100 feet is required.
