Town of Clayton Ordinance 2025-007 Creating the Town of Clayton Code of Ordinances Regarding Keeping of Backyard Chickens NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town of Clayton Ordinance 2025-007 creating the Code Ordinances regarding Keeping of Backyard Chickens was enacted at the September 3, 2025 Town Board of Supervisors Meeting by a 4-0 vote. The primary purpose of this ordinance is to establish the rules and regulations for keeping of backyard chickens.
