Town of Clayton Ordinance 2025-008 Regarding Recycling Rules & Regulations in the Town of Clayton
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town of Clayton Ordinance 2025-008 regarding recycling rules & regulations in the Town of Clayton was enacted at the October 1, 2025 Town Board of Supervisors Meeting by a 4-0 vote. The primary purpose of this ordinance is to establish an effective recycling program within the Town and remain in compliance with the new requirements established by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
