Town of Clayton Ordinances 2026-001 & 2026-002 Amending the Comprehensive Plan 2040 & Zoning Code of Ordinances in the Town of Clayton NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Town of Clayton Ordinance 2026-001 amending the Comprehensive Plan 2040 of the Town of Clayton, and Ordinance 2026-002 amending the Zoning Code to include shoreland areas, were enacted at the January 21, 2026, Town Board of Supervisors Meeting both by a 5-0 vote. The primary purpose of these ordinances is to expand Town zoning control to include previously excluded shoreland areas in response to the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors amendment of Chapter 27 of the County Code.
