Subject Matter of the Hearing: In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 41, Sections 81K – 81GG, the Town of Douglas Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in Douglas, Section 4.2, and the Zoning Bylaws, Section 7.2 the Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on the Application for a Definitive Subdivision Plan and a Special Permit for a Flexible Development for the residential subdivision known as Freshwater Preserve.
Project Description: The project consists of a 10-lot single-family residential development.
Project Site and Location: Southwest Main Street, Map 212 Parcel 24
Place of Public Hearing: Douglas Municipal Center, Resource Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA.
