Town of Douglas Planning Board Legal Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 5, the Town of Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday February 25, 2026 at 7:00 PM in the Douglas Municipal Center, Resource Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to consider amendments to Section 3.3 entitled, "Accessory Dwelling Units" and Appendix A of the Zoning Bylaws that were approved at the November 18, 2024 Town Meeting to address comments from the Office of the Attorney General in a letter dated June 30, 2025.
