Town of Douglas Planning Board Legal Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40A Section 5, the Town of Douglas Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday February 25, 2026 at 7:15 PM in the Douglas Municipal Center, Resource Room, 29 Depot Street, Douglas, MA to consider amendments to the Douglas Stormwater Bylaw of the General Bylaws that was approved at the May 5, 2025 Town Meeting to address comments from the Office of the Attorney General in a letter dated December 23, 2025.
