Town of Ellettsville Plan Commission Notice of Public Hearing The Ellettsville Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on the 2nd day of October, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. in the Ellettsville Town Hall located at 1150 W. Guy McCown Drive, Ellettsville to consider a petition by Valu-built Construction LLC, Case Number PC 25-23, for consideration of a primary plat. The subject property is located at 4599 North Thomas Road, approximately 3.33 acres, and is more fully described herein as: A part of the Northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 9 North, Range 2 West, Monroe County, Indiana, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at a point that is 591.00 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter in said Section 16, running thence North for 499.00 feet; thence West for 260.00 feet; thence South for 499.00 feet; thence East for 260.00 feet and to the point of beginning. Containing 2.98 acres, more or less. ALSO, a part of the Northeast quarter of Section 16, Township 9 North, Range 2 West, Monroe County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at a point that is 466.00 feet North of the Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter and in the centerline of Thomas Road; thence West for 260.00 feet; thence North for 125.00 feet; thence East for 260.00 feet and to the road centerline; thence South on said road centerline for 125.00 feet and to the point of beginning.
