The Ellettsville Plan Commission will hold a public hearing on the 5th day of March, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Ellettsville Town Hall located at 1150 W. Guy McCown Drive, Ellettsville to consider a petition by Todd Borgman, Case Number PC 26-7, for consideration of a Primary Plat for Richland Square. The subject parcel is located at 3655 W.
