Town of Farmington Board of Selectmen Notice of Public Hearing The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Farmington will meet on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 6:00pm in the Municipal Office Building at 356 Main Street to hold a Public Hearing to consider and receive public comment on a proposed Payment In Lieu Of Taxes (PILOT) Agreement between the Town of Farmington and Cardinal Landfill Solar LLC for property located at Tax Map R 19, Lots 12 and 12-1. The proposed agreement outlines terms under which the property owner will make annual payments to the Town in lieu of standard property taxes.
