The Farmington Planning Board will meet on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 6:30PM in the Municipal Offices Building, 356 Main Street, to hold a Public Hearing and Possible Vote on a Site Plan Application for KB4 Property Group LLC, Tax Map U5, Lot 118. The applicant proposes to renovate an existing vacant building to accommodate an 11-unit multi-family residential development. The property is located at 538 Main Street on the corner of Main Street and Union Street within the Urban Residential District.
