Town of Farmington Planning Board Public Hearing Notice
The Farmington Planning Board will meet on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 6:30PM in the Municipal Offices Building, 356 Main Street, to hold a Public Hearing and Possible Vote on an Excavation Application by the Pine Grove Cemetery Association, Tax Map U07, Lot 15 & Tax Map U01 Lot 28. The applicant is proposing a phased excavation plan; this public hearing is for the first phase. The applicant is proposing to remove approximately 111,000 cubic yards of material from an approximate total of 178.6-acre space between both lots and will be stockpiled on site. The proposed project is located off of Canal and Hancock street, and both lots are within the Commercial Business Zoning District.
