Town of Farmington Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Hearing
Farmington Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at
7:00PM in the Municipal Offices Building, 356 Main Street, to hold a Public Hearing for a
Variance by Vicki Carr, Trustee of the Goslin Family Revocable Living Trust, Tax Map U02, Lot 49.
A request has been made for a Variance under Section 2.08(B) – Space and Bulk Standards – Mixed Use
District West of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for a subdivision of the lot with less lot size, street
frontage, minimum front and side setbacks, maximum density, and any other relevant/applicable
requirements of the Zoning Ordinance. The Property is a .48-acre non-conforming parcel that has
functioned as two separate residential lots for at least thirty years with separate addresses and assessing
cards. The applicant requests the variance to allow for a subdivision consistent with its use as two distinct
lots.
